The vineyards were selected from the best wine growing sites in Languedoc-Roussillon. For this wine, the vines were grown on clay-limestone soils.
Carefully selected fruit undergoes cold pre-fermentation soaking. It is then vinified traditionally with precise temperature control
To soften its tannins, the wine spends 6 months in tanks before bottling.
This Malbec displays a deep crimson hue with ruby highlights.Its powerful, clean nose reveals notes of black plum, blueberry and liquorice.
Its palate is rich and voluptuous and supported by supple, smooth tannins. The finish shows savoury fruit over lovely length
This wine can be drunk now but will store very well for a year or two.
This Malbec offers some savoury pairings with grilled duck breast, stuffed quail, beef bourguignon, osso bucco and preserved lamb shoulder.
Serve between 14 and 16°C
