Soil types:

The vineyards were selected from the best wine growing sites in Languedoc-Roussillon. For this wine, the vines were grown on clay-limestone soils.

Cabernet 100%


Grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness, then destemmed and crushed. Skin-contact soaking then ensues for a few hours in an air-free environment. After pressing and cold static settling, the must is fermented at low temperatures to develop fermentation aromas.

The wine is bottled very soon after the harvest in order to preserve its beautiful colour and bouquet.

Tasting notes

This rosé Cabernet boasts a clean, brilliant pink hue with faint bluish highlights. The nose is full of finesse with notes of red berry fruits such as raspberry as well as a touch of minerality.
The attack on the palate is clean with good acidity balanced by wonderful roundness. The finish shows more of the red berry fruit aromas.

Storage capacity:

This wine for pleasure should be drunk within the first year.

Food pairings:

Exquisite as an aperitif, this Cabernet makes a flavourful match for tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, stuffed tomatoes, summer salads, grilled sardines and barbecued meat.

Serving temperature:

Serve at between 8 and 10°C
