Soil
Between the sea and the mountains, the Collioure appellation stands on narrow terraces atop brown schist soil. It enjoys a Mediterranean climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year and rare but torrential rainfall. The closeness of the sea and the schists gives Collioure wines a particular character: distinguished and elegant.

Grenache blanc, Grenache gris.
Production method
Direct pressing. Controlled temperatures. Regular remontages.
Ageing
In vats.
Description
Pretty pale yellow with silver tints. Rich and intense bouquet over notes of tropical fruit and flowers. Powerful, fresh and mineral on the palate.
Serving suggestion
EIdeal as an aperitif, this wine is delightful served with rock fish, grilled calamari, fish soup or with cheese such as Comté.
Serving temperature
Serve at around 10°C.
