Soil
The grapes for this wine come from vineyards that stretch over hills and wide terraces clay and limestone, covered with pebbles slaty.
Grape varieties
60% Syrah, 40% Grenache.
Production method
The grapes are picked early in the morning to preserve their freshness. The berries are crushed, macerated a few hours and then gently pressed to the exclusion of oxygen. The must then follow settling a tight, then are fermented at controlled temperature. The use of specially selected yeasts reveal the finest aromas of these 2 grape varieties.
Ageing
In tanks on fine lees with regular stirring for few months.
Description
The pink colour of this wine has hints of violet light. The nose, full of finesse and elegance, offers notes of crisp red berries, violets and candy. The round and full attack reveals fruity notes for a nice balance in the mouth.
Storing
This wine should be drunk within 18 months.
